Resumen
En 2018, el Congreso Nacional argentino dio estado parlamentario por primera vez al proyecto de ley de Interrupción Voluntaria del Embarazo (LIVE). En este trabajo, se realiza un estudio de la construcción discursiva, configurada en las intervenciones de las sesiones en las que se trató este proyecto, de la imagen de las mujeres que se practican abortos. Con ese fin, se utilizan corrientes del análisis crítico del discurso como marco teórico. Para las dos posiciones que se enfrentaron en este debate, pro y antiLIVE, se hallan configuraciones discursivas diferentes, pero no asintóticas, relativas a la mujer que elige abortar. En el marco de la investigación, esas configuraciones se entienden como indicadores de la ideología subyacente al discurso.

Abstract
In 2018, the National Congress of Argentina gave parliamentary state for the first time to the Voluntary Termination of Pregnancy (IVE) bill. In this paper, we carry out a study of the discursive construction of the image of women who seek abortions that legislators built in their interventions during the sessions in which this project was discussed, using critical discourse analysis theories as our framework. We found different, though not asymptotic, discursive configurations for the two contending positions in this debate (i.e., pro and antiIVE), which we understand as indicators of the ideology underlying (and fueling) discourse.
