Resumen
Este trabalho foi desenvuelto no Grupo de Estudos em Discursos da Mídia (GEDIM/UFES), que desenvolve pesquisas sobre minorias sociais em diálogo com a perspectiva Sociocognitiva de Análise Crítica do Discurso (ACD). Dentre as investigações, destacam-se as análises voltadas para o mote da violência de gênero, sobretudo porque o estado do Espírito Santo (ES) ocupa o segundo lugar no ranking de feminicídios no Brasil (WAISELFISZ, 2015). Neste artigo, fazemos um estudo quali-interpretativo do relato de um caso de violência sofrida por três mulheres estrangeiras, alunas de pós-graduação no ES, durante o atendimento em uma delegacia. À luz da proposta Sociocognitiva do discurso (VAN DIJK, 1998, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014), em diálogo com os estudos sobre políticas linguísticas, o artigo problematiza a ausência de ações sociais voltadas para o acolhimento dos intercambistas no país. Os resultados mostram que as estudantes foram violentadas por serem mulheres, pardas e estrangeiras e por não possuírem domínio do português brasileiro. Essa problemática direciona para a reflexão acerca dos preconceitos de gênero, etnia e língua em relação às intercambistas, decorrentes da falta de uma política eficaz de internacionalização “em casa”.

Abstract
This work was developed in the Group of Studies in Discourses of the Media (GEDIM / UFES), which research on social minorities in dialogue with the Sociocognitive perspective of Critical Discourse Analysis (ACD). Among the investigations, this text focus on gender violence, mainly because the state of Espírito Santo (ES) ranks second in the ranking of feminicides in Brazil (WAISELFISZ, 2015). In this article, we make a qualitative study of the report of a case of violence suffered by three foreign women, students of post-graduation in the ES, in a attendance in the police station. The article discusses the absence of social actions aimed at welcoming the exchange students in the country, based on the sociocognitive proposal of discourse (VAN DIJK, 1998, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014) and in the studies on linguistic policies. The results show that the students suffered violence for being female, brown and foreign, and because they did not speak Brazilian Portuguese. This problem leads to a reflection on the prejudices of gender, ethnicity and langue in relation to the exchange students, due to the lack of an effective policy of internationalization "at home".
